V002300100018 For an expression for the average capture cross V002300100019 sections as a sum of partial cross-sections for V002300100020 different angular momenta of the incident neutrons, V002300100021 formula by Bilpuch et al.,Ann.Phys.10(1960)455, was V002300100022 used. V002300100023 Assumption that only s- and p-wave neutrons contribute V002300100024 to the sigma(n,g) at E(n)=24 keV(approx), is used.
