T007200100021 CORRECTION Corrected for: T007200100022 . random coincidence (from 2% for coplanar events to T007200100023 10% at the large angles of noncoplanarity), T007200100024 . electronic dead-times (about 2%, as measured with a T007200100025 pulser). T007200100026 ERR-ANALYS Estimated 5% uncertainty on cross sections determined T007200100027 by quadratic addition of uncertainties due to T007200100028 . +- 6 MeV beam energy uncertainty at 198 MeV (4.2%), T007200100029 . accuracy of the 198 MeV cross section (2.9%), T007200100030 . uncertainties in our estimated energy and angular T007200100031 dependences of the cross sections (~1%).
