S019800100025 (MAGSP,PS,SI) Reaction products were focused and S019800100026 separated by the Q3D magnetic spectrometer, and S019800100027 measured by a 50x50 mm2 two dimensional position S019800100028 sensitive silicon detector (PSSD). Energy resolution S019800100029 of the Q3D magnetic spectrometer is as high as 0.02%. S019800100030 PART-DET (6-C-12,5-B-11) S019800100031 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) The errors of the differential cross S019800100032 sections are about 7%, mainly from the statistics and S019800100033 uncertainties of the target thickness.
