S004100100019 DETECTOR (GELI) S004100100020 ERR-ANALYS (ERR-T) The uncertainties include: S004100100021 * (1.5%-2.5%) for the efficiency of the Ge(li) S004100100022 detector, S004100100023 * 2% for beam current determination, S004100100024 * (2%-3%) for the weight and uniformity of samples, S004100100025 * (1%-4%) for measured repetition, etc. S004100100026 The total uncertaity is 4%-7%.
