The backings had a diameter of 35 O242100100013 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm. The backings featured a O242100100014 central recess with diameter of 10 mm and depth of O242100100015 0.5 mm, in which the Se powder was deposited. The O242100100016 targets then were heated until the Se melted.
