O239700100031 ANALYSIS The cross section data were normalized by a factor of O239700100032 (41.4 +/-3.3) *10**6 1/mb, which was determined by O239700100033 comparing the scattering cross sections to the data O239700100034 previously obtained at 180 and 130 MeV, in the O239700100035 momentum range of 200-290 MeV/c.
