           UNILAC-SIS18 accelerator complex, and injected into    O236800100033 
           the Experimental Storage Ring (ERS) with an energy of  O236800100034 
           150 MeV/u. The ERS was set to decelerate the           O236800100035 
           stored ions to a final energy of 100 MeV/u,            O236800100036 
           corresponding to a revolution frequency of 1.2 MHz.    O236800100037 
           An electron cooler was used. The cooled Ni-58 beam     O236800100038 
           interacted with a helium gas-jet. The low energy       O236800100039 
           recoils were detected by an UHV compatible windowless  O236800100040
