The target thicknesses were O118500100013 measured by 25 MeV alpha scattering experiments and O118500100014 confirmed by forward-angle elastic scattering searches.O118500100015 The thin 30-Si target had significant amounts of 16-O O118500100016 and 12-C impurities, which remained constant to within O118500100017 5% throughout the experiment and consequently allowed O118500100018 angular distributions to be obtained for these O118500100019 isotopes. O118500100020 DETECTOR (TELES,SIBAR,SIBAR) The delta-E detectors were between O118500100021 118 and 155 mu-m thick and the E detectors were 5 mm O118500100022 thick. Five telescopes were used.
