Uncertainties in the detection of neutrons in M074000100031 TOF arise from the calculation of the neutron M074000100032 detection efficiency (10 %) and from uncertainties M074000100033 in TOF neutron detection thresholds (5 %). The M074000100034 contribution to the charged particle yield in TOF M074000100035 due to neutral particles in random coincidence with M074000100036 signal from deltaE detectors near the target is M074000100037 generally small, except at most forward angles where M074000100038 it can be as much as 10 %. The TOF proton detection M074000100039 efficiency rise to an uncertainty of 3 % in the TOF M074000100040 proton yield. The uncertainty in the PiP proton M074000100041 detection efficiency is 3 %. Further uncertainties M074000100042 occur in the determination of the target thickness M074000100043 (1 %) and the photon polarization (5 %). M074000100044 COMMENT The photon asymmatry of the 12C(g-pol,pn) reaction M074000100045 has been measured for separate missing energy M074000100046 regions corresponding to the ejection of nucleons M074000100047 from (1p)**2 and (1p)(1s) shells.
