M063600100011 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) Statistical errors are given. M063600100012 COMMENT The sum of the photoneutron and photoproton cross M063600100013 sections of 48Ca (48Ca(g,n) + 48Ca(g,p)) has been M063600100014 deduced from an activation yield curve measurements M063600100015 using bremsstrahlung. In a separate experiment the M063600100016 48Ca(g,p) and partial photoproton cross sectins to M063600100017 the ground and first excited states of 47K have been M063600100018 deduced from measured photoproton spectra recorded M063600100019 from the electrodisintegration of 48Ca. The M063600100020 48Ca(g,n) cross section is estimated from these M063600100021 data. A statistical decay model is used to estimate M063600100022 the 48Ca(g,2n) cross section. These reported cross M063600100023 sections are used to determine the relative M063600100024 strengths and energy distributions of the isospin M063600100025 components of the GDR states, and to compare these M063600100026 with theoretical predictions.
