Alpha particles M062500100021 between 4 and 12.6 MeV could be detected. Yield M062500100022 values in microbarn/MeV were found to be 22, 45, 23, M062500100023 and 5.5 for Ti, Ni, Cu and Nb, respectively. M062500100024 ERR-ANALYS (ERR-1) Uncertainty in detector geometry.
