Both cross sections contain a M061100100017 broad maximum at 23.5 MeV. It is argued that this M061100100018 maximum is the quadrupole resonance predicted at 1.6 M061100100019 times the E1 giant resonance energy by the M061100100020 hydrodinamic model.
