The M059800100030 ratios sig(gamma,p)/sig(gamma,n) and M059800100031 sig(gamma,p-0)/sig(gamma,p) show differences M059800100032 between the two resonances. The two GDR resonances M059800100033 are studied from the isospin splitting point of view. M059800100034 The sum rule and splitting energy of the (gamma,p) M059800100035 GDR agree well with theory. However, when the sum M059800100036 of the (gamma,p) and (gamma,n) experimental data M059800100037 is taken, the results are too large to be explained M059800100038 by the T> GDR.
