M057700100039 COMMENT Momentum distributions for inclusive photoemission M057700100040 of deuterons from nitrogen have been measured at M057700100041 laboratory angles of 43 and 50 degree, and for M057700100042 maximum energies of the bremsstrahlung photon beam M057700100043 of 725, 775, and 825 MeV. The double differential M057700100044 cross sections of deuterons emitted from nitrogen M057700100045 were obtained for photon energies of 750 and 800 MeV M057700100046 and for laboratory angles of 43 and 50 degree. M057700100047 The photon energy was determined by the photon M057700100048 subtraction method. Results were examined by a M057700100049 pi-0 photoproduction process off a quasi-deuteron M057700100050 in nitrogen (gamma+d -> pi-0+d) and by a two-step M057700100051 process. The two-step process means the following: M057700100052 first, a nucleon is produced by a photo-pion M057700100053 production process from a quasi-free nucleon in M057700100054 the nitrogen nucleus (gamma + "N" -> pi + N); second, M057700100055 the nucleon produced at the first step picks up M057700100056 another nucleon in the nucleus and then a deuteron M057700100057 is emitted (n + A -> d + anything).
