Three separate reaction channels were M054800100033 identified, viz. 4He(gamma,p)T two-body breakup, 4He M054800100034 photodisintegration via two-nucleon photon M054800100035 absorption processes and the quasifree pion M054800100036 production channel. Differential cross sections are M054800100037 presented for each of these channels as a function M054800100038 of photon energy. The sum of the two-nucleon photon M054800100039 absorption and the quasifree pion production M054800100040 differential cross sections, in the cm system, M054800100041 resembles that of the corresponding free-nucleon M054800100042 differential cross section when fermi motion is M054800100043 taken into account.
