theta = sig-m/sig-tot was considered. For nuclei M053000100025
whose spins of the ground and isomer states differ M053000100026
by delta(j) = 4, the dependence theta = f(A) M053000100027
was studied in a wide mass interval A = 77 - 197. M053000100028
Increase of theta = f(A) with increase of A is in M053000100029
qualitative agreement with the statistical model M053000100030
