M041200100016 ANALYSIS The absolute total ground-state cross section was M041200100017 determined from the series of photoneutron M041200100018 time-of-flight spectra by using their highest 5.2 M041200100019 MeV regions of bremsstrahlung tip which correspond M041200100020 unambigiously to the ground-state transitions (the M041200100021 first excited state in O-15 is at 5.2 MeV). M041200100022 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) No information. M041200100023 COMMENT Photoneutron energy spectra from the reaction M041200100024 O-16(g,n0)O-15 were measured as a functions of M041200100025 laboratory angle over a range of excitation energies M041200100026 from 30 to 35 MeV. These spectra and photoneutron M041200100027 angular distributions were used to obtain the M041200100028 absolute photoneutron ground-state cross section and M041200100029 its quadrupole component.
