It is M033700100026 shown that the level density parameters obtained M033700100027 within the evaporation model to account for the M033700100028 pre-equilibrium component of spectrum are in a good M033700100029 agreement with the data obtained from the M033700100030 photoneutron cross sections and from the spectra of M033700100031 inelastic scattered neutrons. The sharp dependence M033700100032 of the level density parameter upon the nuclear mass M033700100033 in double-magic nuclear mass region (A = 208) is M033700100034 confirmed.
