            bremsstrahlung energy in the region  22-32  MeV.  In  M033500100017 
            the  case  of chromium the anisotropy increases with  M033500100018 
            energy. A possible explanation for this is advanced,  M033500100019 
            and   the   implications  of  this  explanation  are  M033500100020
