M022200100014 Transitions to the ground and first four excited M022200100015 states in Li-6 are observed. The 90 degrees M022200100016 differential cross section for the ground state M022200100017 transition decreases smoothly from 9 to 26 MeV. The M022200100018 90 degrees differential cross section for the first M022200100019 excited state transition shows a broad maximum M022200100020 centered at E(He-3)=20.6(0.4) MeV indicating a M022200100021 possible resonance in Li-6 at Ex=26.2(0.4) MeV. The M022200100022 excitation function for the transition to the third M022200100023 excited state also shows a broad maximum centered at M022200100024 Ex=26.6(0.4) MeV. The excitation functions for the M022200100025 transitions to the second (t=1.0+) and fourth M022200100026 (t=1.2+) excited states have also been measured. The M022200100027 former does not show any resonance structure, while M022200100028 the latter shows a broad maximum indicating a M022200100029 possible resonance in Li-6 at Ex=26.7(0.4) MeV. M022200100030 These results are compared with theoretical M022200100031 predictions.
