Blowfish is a segmented fast neutron L019400100021 detector based on 88 scintillating cells. It has a L019400100022 radius of 40.6 cm and has an angular acceptance of L019400100023 approximately 1/4 of 4Pi sr. The cells are filled L019400100024 with the liquid scintillator BC505. L019400100025 METHOD (TOF,PSD) L019400100026 INC-SOURCE (LCS) Nearly monochromatic polarized photon beam L019400100027 produced by Compton backscattering of laser beam on L019400100028 electrons, circulating in a synchrotron. The photon L019400100029 beam is macroscopically continuous but photons arrive L019400100030 in bunches 180 ns apart, since photons are scattered L019400100031 on internal bunched electrons beam. Photon rates of L019400100032 up to 10E+7 photons/s were used in these measurements.
