The L017800100023 average currents were about 550 mu-A in the L017800100024 measurement at 7.9 MeV and about 720 mu-A in the L017800100025 measurement at 11.2 MeV. The electron beams hit a L017800100026 niobium foil of 7 mu-m thickness acting as a radiator. L017800100027 DETECTOR (HPGE)Scattered photons were measured with four high- L017800100028 purity germanium (HPGe) detectors that have an L017800100029 efficiency of 100% relative to a NaI detector of 7.6 L017800100030 cm in diameter and 7.6 cm in length. All HPGe L017800100031 detectors were surrounded by escape-suppression L017800100032 shields made of bismuth germanate BGO scintillation L017800100033 detectors of 3 cm in thickness. Two HPGe detectors L017800100034 were placed vertically at 90deg relative to the L017800100035 photon-beam direction and a distance of 28 cm from L017800100036 the target. The other two HPGe detectors were L017800100037 positioned in a horizontal plane at 127deg to the L017800100038 beam and at a distance of 32 cm from the target.
