Measurements L016900100019 were made at an angle of 90 degrees to the photon L016900100020 beam for bremsstrahlung endpoint energies increasing L016900100021 in 1 MeV steps from 19 to 32 MeV. Photoneutron time L016900100022 of flight distributions were measured over the flight L016900100023 path of 32 m at a resolution of 0.4 ns/m, L016900100024 corresponding to a neutron resolution of 11 keV at 1 L016900100025 MeV and 300 keV at 9 MeV. L016900100026 ANALYSIS (CORAB) To deduce the 20Ne cross sections, a small L016900100027 contribution due to the 9% abundant 22Ne isotope has L016900100028 been subtracted from the natural neon spectra. This L016900100029 22Ne contribution was estimated from neutrons L016900100030 observed beyond the kinematic limit for 20Ne by L016900100031 assuming that these decayed through the ground state L016900100032 of 21Ne.
