F081300100021 SAMPLE 44Ca and 48Ca pure self-supporting targets. The first F081300100022 experiment, involving 3He+44Ca, used a target of F081300100023 3.2 mg/cm2 thickness. However, due to a lower than F081300100024 expected beam current, resulting in only 100-200 pA F081300100025 instead of around 1.0 nA, this target was doubled to F081300100026 6.4 mg/cm2 for part of the experiment to increase the F081300100027 yield. The second experiment used a 48Ca target of F081300100028 5.6 mg/cm2 thickness, with a beam current in the regionF081300100029 of 1.0 nA.
