The energy waste F048300100016 in the input foil and in gas under work pressure of F048300100017 100 torr decreases the beam energy from 24.2 MeV F048300100018 to (23.7+ -0.2) MeV. The gas was get from liquid oxygenF048300100019 and nitrogen. The impurities were lower than 4%.
