Irradiations have been carried out in the General D608600100012
Purpose Scattering Chamber (GPSC) along with an In- D608600100013
vacuum Transfer Facility (ITF). D608600100014
SAMPLE The thickness of the sample has been estimated D608600100015
by the alpha-transmission method which is based on D608600100016
the measurement of the energy loss by the alpha D608600100017
particles of energy 5.486 MeV from the Am-241 source D608600100018
while passing through the sample material. The D608600100019
samples have been pasted on rectangular aluminum D608600100020
holders (1.2 x 1.2 cm2) having concentric hole of 1 D608600100021
cm diameter, Al holders have been used for rapid heat D608600100022
dissipation during the irradiations. D608600100023
