METHOD (ACTIV,BCINT,EDEG,EXTB,GSPEC,MOSEP,STTA) D420700100020
High purity Au foils (99.95%), electroplated with D420700100021
enriched 64Ni layers, were stacked together with D420700100022
           natural titanium (12.5 micron +- 5%) monitor foils. D420700100023
Irradiations for 1 hour using a proton beam with an D420700100024
intensity of 100 nA, in a faraday cup like target D420700100025
holder was done. The initial estimations of the D420700100026
incident beam energy for the three irradiations were, D420700100027
based on accelerator parameters settings, 16 MeV, D420700100028
15.3 MeV (same beam, 100 micron Al degrader foil) D420700100029
           and 25 MeV, respectively. D420700100030
The SRIM 2006 code was used for estimation of the D420700100031
energy degradation in each foil of the stacks. D420700100032

ERR-ANALYS (EN-ERR)The incident energies were estimated at D420700100038
15.5 MeV, 14.8 MeV and 24.5 MeV, respectively, with D420700100039
an uncertainty of +-0.1 MeV. Due to the variations D420700100040
in foil thickness and energy spread, the uncertainty D420700100041
in the median energy estimation is increasing along D420700100042
the stack, reaching at a maximum of 2.2 MeV in the D420700100043
