Accounting for the natural C304300100030 abundance of the isotopes of lithium (7.5% 6Li and C304300100031 92.5% 7Li), the LiF film stoichiometry is very C304300100032 close to 1:1. The equivalent thickness of the film is C304300100033 42.593 nm when assuming a LiF density of 2.64 g/cc. C304300100034 The estimated thickness from Lebow was stated as 50 C304300100035 nm, showing close agreement between this measurement C304300100036 and the manufacturer's specification. C304300100037 METHOD The 7Li cross section measurements were made using a C304300100038 thin lithium fluoride (LiF) film deposited on a C304300100039 molybdenum (Mo) substrate prepared by Lebow Company.
