The implantation dose was 200 C276900100018 mC/cm2. The target thickness was (11.4+-0.3) keV. The C276900100019 stoichiometry of the target layer was C276900100020 Ta/29Si = (1.2+-0.2). C276900100021 DETECTOR (HPGE) Gamma rays emitted from the target were C276900100022 analyzed with a 135% relative efficiency coaxial C276900100023 high-purity germanium detector. Detector was C276900100024 surrounded by a 16-segment NaI(Tl) annulus. The C276900100025 detectors were surrounded on six sides by 1.3 cm C276900100026 thick lead panels and by five 5 cm thick plastic C276900100027 scintillator paddles used to veto spurious events C276900100028 induced by cosmic-ray muons.
