METHOD (CHSEP,ASPEC) In order to verify that the activity C251400100022

0.1 M thenoyl trifluoroacetate (TTA) in C251400100024
methylisobutyl ketone (MIBK) were performed. The KCI C251400100025
deposit was dissolved in a buffer solution of C251400100026
monochloroacetic acid or acetic acid adjusted to pH C251400100027
ranges of 1.86 to 5.5. Extractions with TTA from C251400100028
buffer solutions of different pH were performed. The C251400100029
organic phase was dried on a Pt plate and alpha C251400100030
