The incident 22Ne ion energy was 75 keV, C239900100016 corresponding to a target thickness of cca 95 keV C239900100017 for an alpha-particle beam of 828-keV energy C239900100018 DETECTOR (HPGE) Coaxial high-purity germanium (HPGe) detector C239900100019 with 135% relative efficiency located at a distance C239900100020 of 1.1 cm to the target and an angle of 0deg relative C239900100021 to beam direction was used for measurement of gamma C239900100022 rays.
