C234000100021 METHOD (ACTIV) Three irradiations were performed in an C234000100022 external 300-GeV proton beam in the Neutrino Hall at C234000100023 the National Accelerator Laboratory for times ranging C234000100024 from 7 to 16 h. The radioactive products were C234000100025 detected by gamma ray spectrometry performed on the C234000100026 target foil without chemical separation. C234000100027 ERR-ANALYS (DATA-ERR) The cross-section ratios are thus free of C234000100028 systematic errors in counter efficiencies or C234000100029 gamma-ray abundances. The quoted uncertainties in the C234000100030 ratios are based on the reproducibility of the 3-5 C234000100031 separate determinations performed at 11.5 GeV, ~7%, C234000100032 and the agreement of the three determinations at 300 C234000100033 GeV, ~7%.
