The use of C181000100016 inverse kinematics allows measurements at the most C181000100017 forward center-of-mass angles where the cross section C181000100018 is most sensitive to the spectroscopic factors, C181000100019 SAMPLE CD2 target with thickness of 90mu-g/cm2 C181000100020 DETECTOR (SI) Scattered protons were detected in the large-area C181000100021 segmented silicon detector array (SIDAR).SIDAR is C181000100022 comprised of 128 segments with 16 radial (from 5 to C181000100023 13 cm) and 8 azimuthal divisions. The array covered C181000100024 backward laboratory angles 155deg - 169deg, C181000100025 corresponding to 3deg - 8deg in CMS. allowing C181000100026 detection of the forward focused scattered protons. C181000100027 (MAGSP) In part of the measurement, the heavy 16N C181000100028 recoils were detected in coincidence with protons C181000100029 by Daresbury Recoil Separator, consisting of two C181000100030 Wien filters, dipole segment and three quadrupole C181000100031 triplets. C181000100032 (TELES,SISD,SISD) Protons emitted close to 90 deg were C181000100033 detected by ORRUBA array, consisting of two rings if C181000100034 Si strip detectors. Forward angle ring consist of C181000100035 detector telescopes with detectors of thickness of C181000100036 65 mu-m for dE measurement and detector with thickness C181000100037 of 1000 mu-m as stopping detector. The backward angle C181000100038 rings comprised of a single layer of 500 mu-m thick C181000100039 resistive strip detectors. C181000100040 HISTORY (20100806C) Compiled by S.H.
