SAMPLE     Almost all the reaction cross sections have been       3303400100015 
            measured using powders of pure chemical compounds of  3303400100016 
            the respective elements. However, for molybdenum a    3303400100017

           Each sample was made by packing a known weight of the  3303400100019 
            powder of the element along with pure aluminum foils  3303400100020 
            of known weight in a polyethylene bag.                3303400100021 
           The weight measurement of the sample was accurate to   3303400100022 
            100 ug.                                               3303400100023 
           The elemental powder and foil were sandwiched between  3303400100024 
            the aluminum monitor foils, and in this manner, three 3303400100025 
            samples for each reaction were prepared and the size  3303400100026 
            of each sample was ~ 15 mm x 15 mm and ~2 mm thick.   3303400100027 
DETECTOR   (HPGE) 38% relative efficiency and 1.8 keV resolution  3303400100028 
            at 1.33 MeV gamma energy. The photo-peak efficiency   3303400100029 
            of the HPGe detector in the geometry used was         3303400100030 
            determined using standard sources (22Na, 54Mn, 57Co,  3303400100031 
            60Co, 133Ba, 137Cs) to an uncertainty within 3%.      3303400100032 
INC-SOURCE (D-T) 14 MeV neutrons from 3H(d,n)4He reaction.        3303400100033 
           The flux of the neutron has been observed to be        3303400100034 
            constant within 2% and the nominal neutron flux was   3303400100035 
            ~5 x 107 neutrons/cm2/s.                              3303400100036 
INC-SPECT  Samples were irradiated at 0 degrees to deuteron beam  3303400100037
