The deuteron beam current 3285100100014 was about 350 uA with beam energy of 255 keV. 3285100100015 SAMPLE The natural hafnium and zirconium foils of 99.99% 3285100100016 purity and about 3 mm thickness were made into 3285100100017 circular samples with a diameter of 20 mm. Monitor 3285100100018 foils of Nb (99.95% pure, 1 mm thick) of the same 3285100100019 diameter as the hafnium and zirconium foils were then 3285100100020 attached in front and at the back of each sample. 3285100100021 DETECTOR (SIBAR) The neutron flux was monitored by the 3285100100022 accompanying alpha-particles, which were measured 3285100100023 with an Au-Si surface barrier detector used at the 3285100100024 angle of 135 deg. 3285100100025 (HPGE) A well-calibrated GEM-60P coaxial HPGe 3285100100026 detector (ORTEC, made in USA), its crystal diameter 3285100100027 and crystal length are 70.1 mm and 72.3 mm, with a 3285100100028 relative efficiency of 68% and an energy resolution 3285100100029 of 1.69 keV at 1332 keV. The efficiency of the 3285100100030 detector was precalibrated using various standard 3285100100031 gamma sources, which with their gamma-ray energies 3285100100032 were 241Am(59.54 keV), 57Co(122.06, 136.47 keV), 3285100100033 60Co(1173.23, 1332.49 keV), 109Cd(88.03 keV), 3285100100034 133Ba(81.00, 276.40, 302.85, 356.01, 383.85 keV), 3285100100035 137Cs(661.66 keV), 152Eu(121.78, 244.70, 344.28, 3285100100036 411.12, 443.96, 778.90, 867.38, 964.06,1085.84, 3285100100037 1112.08, 1299.14, 1408.01 keV), 226Ra(186.21, 3285100100038 242.00, 295.22, 351.93, 609.32, 768.36, 1120.29, 3285100100039 1238.12, 1377.67, 1509.21, 1729.60, 1764.49, 1847.43, 3285100100040 2204.06 keV). The absolute efficiency calibration 3285100100041 curve was obtained at 90 mm from the upper surface of 3285100100042 the outermost aluminum envelope of the germanium 3285100100043 crystal, which was the actual counting position used. 3285100100044 METHOD (ACTIV,GSPEC) The groups of samples were placed at 3285100100045 angles of 0, 90 and 135 deg respectively, which are 3285100100046 relative to the direction of the deuteron. The 3285100100047 distances of samples from the center of the T-Ti 3285100100048 target were about 40-50 mm. Irradiations of the 3285100100049 samples were lasted approximately 2 h. The gamma-ray 3285100100050 activities of 180Lu, 89mZr and 92mNb were measured 3285100100051 off-line. The cooling time of the sample after the 3285100100052 end of irradiation is about 5-7 min, it takes about 3285100100053 30-48 min to measure the sample. 3285100100054 MONITOR (41-NB-93(N,2N)41-NB-92-M,,SIG) 3285100100055 DECAY-MON (41-NB-92-M,10.15D,DG,934.44,0.9915) 3285100100056 MONIT-REF (,M.Wagner+,B,PH-DAT,13-5,,1990) 3285100100057 CORRECTION The total correction mainly includes the 3285100100058 self-absorption of the sample at a given gamma-ray 3285100100059 energy, the coincidence sum effect of cascade 3285100100060 gamma-rays in the investigated nuclide and in the 3285100100061 counting geometry. 3285100100062 ERR-ANALYS (ERR-T) Total uncertainty 3285100100063 (ERR-S,0.3,9.2) Counting statistics (0.3%-9.2%) 3285100100064 (ERR-1) The fluctuation of the neutron flux (1.0%) 3285100100065 (ERR-2) Detector efficiency (2.0%) 3285100100066 (ERR-3) Weight of samples (0.1%) 3285100100067 (ERR-4) Sample geometry (1.0%) 3285100100068 (ERR-5) The self-absorption of gamma-ray (1.0%) 3285100100069 (MONIT-ERR) Standard cross section (1.1%-1.5%) 3285100100070 STATUS (TABLE) Data were obtained from Table 2 of Applied 3285100100071 Radiation and Isotopes,170,109588,2021. 3285100100072 HISTORY (20211028C) Compiled by Xiaojun Li (Lanzhou Univ.) 3285100100073 ENDBIB 71 0 3285100100074 COMMON 5 3 3285100100075 ERR-1 ERR-2 ERR-3 ERR-4 ERR-5 3285100100076 PER-CENT PER-CENT PER-CENT PER-CENT PER-CENT 3285100100077 1.0 2.0 0.1 1.0 1.0 3285100100078 ENDCOMMON 3 0 3285100100079 ENDSUBENT 78 0 3285100199999 SUBENT 32851002 20211028 32063285100200001 BIB 2 2 3285100200002 REACTION (72-HF-180(N,P)71-LU-180,,SIG) 3285100200003 DECAY-DATA (71-LU-180,5.7MIN,DG,407.96,0.430) 3285100200004 ENDBIB 2 0 3285100200005 NOCOMMON 0 0 3285100200006 DATA 6 3 3285100200007 EN EN-ERR DATA ERR-T MONIT MONIT-ERR 3285100200008 MEV MEV MB MB MB MB 3285100200009 13.5 0.2 1.30 0.12 457.9 6.83285100200010 14.1 0.2 1.37 0.15 459.8 6.83285100200011 14.8 0.2 1.88 0.16 459.7 5.03285100200012 ENDDATA 5 0 3285100200013 ENDSUBENT 12 0 3285100299999 SUBENT 32851003 20211028 32063285100300001 BIB 2 2 3285100300002 REACTION (40-ZR-90(N,2N)40-ZR-89-M,,SIG) 3285100300003 DECAY-DATA (40-ZR-89-M,4.161MIN,DG,587.8,0.8962) 3285100300004 ENDBIB 2 0 3285100300005 NOCOMMON 0 0 3285100300006 DATA 6 3 3285100300007 EN EN-ERR DATA ERR-T MONIT MONIT-ERR 3285100300008 MEV MEV MB MB MB MB 3285100300009 13.5 0.2 23.7 1.0 457.9 6.83285100300010 14.1 0.2 51.6 2.2 459.8 6.83285100300011 14.8 0.2 70.3 2.9 459.7 5.03285100300012 ENDDATA 5 0 3285100300013 ENDSUBENT 12 0 3285100399999 ENDENTRY 3 0 3285199999999
