The solid T-Ti target used in the generator was 3274400100014 about 2.19 mg/cm2 thick. 3274400100015 SAMPLE (22-TI-46,NAT=0.0825) Natural Titanium foils of 3274400100016 99.99% purity and 2.98-3.0 mm thickness were made 3274400100017 into circular samples with a diameter of 2.0 cm. Each 3274400100018 of them was sandwiched between disks of thin Niobium 3274400100019 of the same diameter, all the Niobium foils with 3274400100020 purities better than 99.99% and 1 mm thickness. 3274400100021 DETECTOR (HPGE) A well-calibrated GEM-60P coaxial high-purity 3274400100022 germanium ORTEC detector (crystal diameter 70.1 mm, 3274400100023 crystal length 72.3 mm) with a relative efficiency of 3274400100024 about 68% and an energy resolution of about 1.69 keV 3274400100025 FWHM at 1.332 MeV for 60Co was used to study the 3274400100026 gamma-activities of irradiated samples. The efficiency 3274400100027 of the detector was pre-calibrated using various 3274400100028 standard gamma sources. 3274400100029 METHOD (ACTIV) Irradiation of the samples was lasted for 6.5- 3274400100030 7.5 h with a yield of about 4 to 5E10 n/s. The neutron 3274400100031 flux was monitored by the accompanying alpha-particles.3274400100032 Groups of samples were placed at 0, 45 and 90 degree 3274400100033 angles relative to the deuteron beam direction and 3274400100034 centered about the T-Ti target at a distance of about 3274400100035 3-5 cm. Two measurements have been done for the 3274400100036 characteristic 1157.02 keV gamma-line. First 3274400100037 measurement was carried out after the irradiated 3274400100038 samples were cooled for about 20-30 min (28 min), 3274400100039 and the second measurement was carried out after the 3274400100040 cooling time of about 9.4 times the half-life of 3274400100041 44gSc (78.73 h). 3274400100042 MONITOR (41-NB-93(N,2N)41-NB-92-M,,SIG) 3274400100043 DECAY-MON (41-NB-92-M,10.15D,DG,934.44,0.9915) 3274400100044 MONIT-REF (,M.Wagner+,B,PH-DAT,13-5,,1990) 3274400100045 CORRECTION Corrections were made for dead-time and pulse pile-up 3274400100046 losses in gamma-ray spectrometry, for gamma-ray 3274400100047 self-absorption in the sample, for fluctuation of the 3274400100048 neutron flux during the irradiation, for coincidence 3274400100049 sum effect of cascade gamma-rays and for sample 3274400100050 geometry. 3274400100051 ERR-ANALYS (ERR-T) Total uncertainty 3274400100052 (ERR-S,0.5,15.4) Counting statistics 0.5-15.4% 3274400100053 (ERR-1) Detector efficiency 2.0% 3274400100054 (ERR-2) Weight of samples 0.1% 3274400100055 (ERR-3) Sample geometry 1.0% 3274400100056 (ERR-4) Self-absorption of gamma-ray 1.0% 3274400100057 (ERR-5) Fluctuation of the neutron flux 1.0% 3274400100058 (MONIT-ERR) Standard cross sections uncertainties 1.1- 3274400100059 1.5% 3274400100060 STATUS (TABLE) Table 2 & 3 of Nucl.Instrum.Meth.B,432,20,2018 3274400100061 HISTORY (20190220C) Jimin Wang (CNDC) 3274400100062 ENDBIB 60 0 3274400100063 COMMON 5 3 3274400100064 ERR-1 ERR-2 ERR-3 ERR-4 ERR-5 3274400100065 PER-CENT PER-CENT PER-CENT PER-CENT PER-CENT 3274400100066 2.0 0.1 1.0 1.0 1.0 3274400100067 ENDCOMMON 3 0 3274400100068 ENDSUBENT 67 0 3274400199999 SUBENT 32744002 20190220 31883274400200001 BIB 4 12 3274400200002 REACTION 1(22-TI-46(N,T)21-SC-44-M,,SIG) 3274400200003 2(22-TI-46(N,T)21-SC-44-G,,SIG) 3274400200004 DECAY-DATA (21-SC-44-G,3.97HR,DG,1157.02,0.999) 3274400200005 1(21-SC-44-M,58.61HR,DG) 3274400200006 RAD-DET (21-SC-44-G,DG) 3274400200007 ANALYSIS 1Derived from the 1157.02 keV counts after cooling for 3274400200008 78.73 h assuming that all counts are originated from 3274400200009 the 44mSc -> 44gSc isomeric transition. 3274400200010 2Derived from the 1157.02 keV counts after cooling for 3274400200011 28 min and subtraction of 44mSc -> 44gSc isomeric 3274400200012 transition by using the information from the counts 3274400200013 after 78.73 h cooling. 3274400200014 ENDBIB 12 0 3274400200015 NOCOMMON 0 0 3274400200016 DATA 8 3 3274400200017 EN EN-RSL DATA 1ERR-T 1DATA 2ERR-T 3274400200018 MONIT MONIT-ERR 3274400200019 MEV MEV MICRO-B MICRO-B MICRO-B MICRO-B 3274400200020 MB MB 3274400200021 14.1 0.2 514. 55. 83. 9.3274400200022 459.8 6.8 3274400200023 14.4 0.3 555. 95. 117. 13.3274400200024 3274400200025 14.8 0.2 618. 108. 127. 17.3274400200026 459.7 5.0 3274400200027 ENDDATA 10 0 3274400200028 ENDSUBENT 27 0 3274400299999 ENDENTRY 2 0 3274499999999
