The length 2270100100018 of all scatterers was fixed at 20 cm, which was a 2270100100019 compromise between high scattering yield and 2270100100020 large flight-path differences. The scatternig plates 2270100100021 consist of cylidrical silicon sticks placed close 2270100100022 to each other with mean areas from 1.8 x 5.8 cm2 to 2270100100023 3.6 x 11.6 cm2.
