All detectors, firing within the 10-ns 1479100100015 coincidence window were considered to have detected 1479100100016 gamma rays from a single neutron capture event. 1479100100017 METHOD (TOF) Time of flight was used for determination of 1479100100018 neutron energy. Proton beam was bunched into pulses 1479100100019 using a proton storage ring before being delivered to 1479100100020 a tungsten target where neutrons were produced by 1479100100021 high-energy spallation reactions. The neutrons were 1479100100022 moderated by a water moderator before impinging on a 1479100100023 sample located at a flight path length of 20.3 m 1479100100024 MONITOR (3-LI-6(N,T)2-HE-4,,SIG) for En <= 5 keV 1479100100025 (92-U-235(N,F),,SIG) for En => 5 keV 1479100100026 (79-AU-179(N,2N)79-AU-178,,SIG) 1479100100027 for general flux normalization 1479100100028 INC-SOURCE (SPALL) Neutrons were
