Ten 1469800100013 detectors had dimensions 76.2 x 15.2 x 3.8 cm and 1469800100014 four were of 1/3 of the length, i.e. 25.4 cm. Long 1469800100015 detectors were readout at both ends using 1469800100016 photomultipliers. Short detectors were read out using 1469800100017 single PMT. All detectors were arranged in vertical 1469800100018 position in a circle around the target at a distance 1469800100019 of (125+-9) cm from the target. 1469800100020 (SCIN) Time of flight start signal was provided by 1469800100021 twofold coincidence between two 10 x 10 x 5 cm3 1469800100022 plastic scintillators, placed above and below the 1469800100023 252Cf source at a distance of 30 cm. 1469800100024 METHOD (TOF) Neutron energy was determined using 1469800100025 time of flight 1469800100026 (COINC) Coincidence of two fission neutrons 1469800100027 was required 1469800100028 ANALYSIS To account for efficiency and acceptance of detector 1469800100029 array, correlations were calculated as a ratio of 1469800100030 correlated neutron distribution from the same fission 1469800100031
