Target has 1467700100012 an 1 cm radius and contained 34.2 mu-g/cm2 of (237Np) 1467700100013 F4. The target was tilted 45 deg with respect to 1467700100014 icident beam. 1467700100015 DETECTOR (SI) Fission fragment detector consisted of two 1467700100016 arrays of 3x3 Si PIN photodiodes placed inside 1467700100017 aluminum scattering chamber. The Si PIN photodiodes 1467700100018 (Hamamatsu S3590-09) arrays were placed on oposite 1467700100019 sides of the beam at angles of 65 deg and 115 deg 1467700100020 with respect to the incident beam. Each PIN diode had 1467700100021 an area if 1 cm2 and the arrays were placed 3.5 cm 1467700100022 from the actinide target. 1467700100023 METHOD (TOF) Primary neutron energy was determined by time 1467700100024 of flight. Proton beam consist of 625 mu-s long 1467700100025 macropulses with repetition rate of 100 Hz. Each 1467700100026 macropulse is composed of series of 250 ps wide 1467700100027 micropulses separated by 1.8 mu-s. Fission detector was1467700100028 placed at a distance 13.85 m from the spallation 1467700100029 target. Time of flight of each interacting neutron was 1467700100030 measured using a timing pulse from a Si PIN diode and 1467700100031 the accelerator RF signal. 1467700100032 INC-SOURCE (SPALL) Neutrons were produced by spallation of thick 1467700100033 tungsten target by 800 MeV pulsed proton beam. 1467700100034 ANALYSIS The 2E method was used to measure the fission product 1467700100035 masses and
