Measurement of g-quanta absorption in target.
(ERR-S) Statistical errors only.
The total nuclear photoabsorption cross sections
in the E1 giant resonance energy range for the
nuclei Ho-165, Hf-178, Hf-180, Ta-181, W-182,
Au-197 and Bi-209 have been measured using the
absorption method.
The total nuclear photoabsorption cross-section
is equal to the difference between gamma
photoabsorption cross-section and total
photoatomic cross-section.

The total photon absorption cross sections
were measured using two identical magnetic Compton
spectrometers, one of which served as a
normalization instrument but second served as
instrument for measurement of the attenuation of
the photon beam.
In order to obtain the nuclear photoabsorption
cross sections from the measured
cross sections calculated values for non-nuclear
cross sections (essentially the Compton effect
and pair production) were subtracted.
(ERR-S) Statistical errors are presented.
Non-nuclear cross section subtracted.

By time-of-flight detection of photoneutrons from
liquid deuterium target 1-H-2(g,n) the
transmission of 3 to 30 MeV gamma-rays through Al,
Ta, and Bi have been measured.
Photon absorption by Al, Ta, and Bi between 3 and 30
MeV was measured using as a photon spectrometer a
photoneutron time-of-flight detector and a liquid
deuterium target. the atomic cross sections were
obtained.

The unpublished data for cross sections of partial
reaction (g,2n) and neutron yield (g,xn) = (g,1n)+
(g,1n1p)+2(g,2n) were obtained using published
cross sections of reactions:
SIG(g,2n) = SIG(g,sn)-SIG(g,1n)-SIG(g,1n1p),
SIG(g,xn) = SIG(g,sn)+SIG(g,2n).
The cross sections of both partial reactions (g,1n)
and (g,2n) were evaluated using the obtained
photoneutron yield cross-section (g,xn) = (g,1n)+
2(g,2n) and the objective physical criteria of data
reliability, ratios
Fi-theor = SIG(g,in)/SIG(g,xn).
Using these ratios calculated in the combined
photonuclear reaction model new evaluated data for
partial reaction cross sections
SIG-eval(g,in) = Fi-theor x SIG-exp(g,xn)
were evaluated for i = 1 and 2.

M0920006 contains evaluated cross-section of
65Cu[(g,n)+(g,np)] reaction, not 65Cu(g,n)64Cu
one.
The areas of the photopeaks of the corresponding
gamma-lines of the radioisotopes under
consideration obtained as a result of gamma-
spectroscopic measurements were used to extract
their yield Y, which in this work is defined as
the number of radioisotope nuclei formed in the
target per second of its irradiation with
bremsstrahlung photons. The Y were obtained
using the formula (1) of the article.
The final estimate for Y was taken as the average
value over multiple measurements, Y-exp which
is presented as formula (2) of the article.
The weighted and averaged over the
bremsstrahlung photon spectrum cross sections
obtained using formula (3) of the article are
presented.
(ERR-S) Statistical errors given.
(TABLE,,A.Y.Aleksanyan+,J,EPJ/A,61,95,2025)
Data from Table 2.
For the first time, at intermediate photon
energies (below the GeV energy region), inclusive
photodisintegration reactions of manganese
55Mn(g,X)46Sc, 55Mn(g,X)47Sc and 55Mn(g,X)48Sc
were studied.
The experimental results are an integral value
expressed as a convolution of two functions:
the cross-section and the photon distribution
function. The experimental data are presented as a
flux-weighted average cross sections.
