          MEASUREMENTS THREE GROUPS OF FAST NEUTRONS DECAYING FROM THE
          GIANT QUADRUPOLE RESONANCE WERE FOUND, WHICH LEAVE
          SINGLE-NEUTRON-HOLE STATES OF (!) (2D5/2)(-1), (!!)(1G9/2)(-1)
          , AND (!!!)(2P)(-1) AND (1G)(-1) IN THE RESIDUAL 91ZR NUCLEUS.
          THEY INDICATE THE MICROSCOPIC PARTICLE-HOLE CONFIGURATION OF
          THE GIANT QUADRUPOLE RESONANCE. THE DIRECT FAST DECAY BRANCH
          IS ABOUT 16%./;
